Paid Leave

Full-time employees accrue paid leave based upon their length of service.
· 40 hours of leave during the first year of service.
· 80 hours of leave each subsequent year.

Holidays
Timberland Security recognizes four holidays each year. Employees whose shifts begin on one of the following holidays will be paid at time and one-half.
· New Years Day
· Independence Day
· Thanksgiving Day
· Christmas Day

Insurance
Employees may choose to payroll deduct health insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida at the corporate rate. Coverage is available in both individual and family plans.

Performance Bonuses
The management of Timberland Security recognizes outstanding employee service and commitment by providing Performance Bonuses. The bonuses may include a gift certificate to local restaurants for the employee and their spouse, or ticket to a show. We believe that outstanding performance must be recognized.

Salaries
Timberland Security pays their Resource Protection and Security Officers top wages in order to secure the most qualified, professional candidates for our clients.
